Theatre Policy and General Information
1.	Purchasing tickets may be done in person at the Paramount Theatre or charge by phone during box office hours at (845) 346-4195. Mastercard, Visa or Discover accepted. Tickets cannot be held without payment.
2.	All sales are final and there are no refunds unless the Paramount Theatre or the sponsoring agent cancels the performance.
3	NO exchanges or substitutions.
4.	The theatre opens one half hour prior to show time.
5.	Any reservations made at the box office can be picked up prior to show time. Ask about our mailing services.
6.	Late seating is at the discretion of the Paramount Theatre staff.
7.	During the performance, the taking of photos and use of recording equipment is strictly forbidden. Consumption of alcohol in the theatre is strictly forbidden.
8.	Food and drink is prohibited in the main theatre. You may enjoy refreshments, which can be purchased at our concession area, in our lobby.

12.	Safe, secure and FREE ample parking is available within walking distance of the theatre.

14.	Group discounts may be available for some performances.
15.	Give the Gift of Entertainment, purchase a gift certificate at the Paramount Theatre. Subject to availability. Available in increments of $25.00. Valid for one year after purchase date.

Theatre Information
	The Paramount Theatre in Downtown Middletown is one of the areas finest examples of community support for restoration of a Downtown Landmark, and for the extensive cultural development of the City and the area. It is a notable cornerstone of Middletown’s growing downtown entertainment destinations.
	This beautiful 1100 seat theatre, built in 1929, has the finest acoustics north of Carnegie Hall, and serves audiences of all ages and artistic interests. From the massive sounds of the Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Organ to the intimate sounds of the grand piano, from symphony orchestra to jazz, from Broadway shows to intriguing community theatre, from ethnic shows to Las Vegas comedians, from local gaffers to chamber music or rock and roll, the Paramount offers an exceptional series of entertainment and top-notch, quality shows, right here in Middletown.
